We hired Kimo Construction to execute a large portion of our kitchen remodel: demo, wall removal, beam + post + footing installation, floor / decking repair, framing, insulation, drywall, and finishing tile work. I highly recommend Kimo Construction. They started the project when they said they would, showed-up every day until the project was complete, kept our house clean, and did an amazing job! I really appreciated the attention to detail and supporting us when we couldn’t make up our minds :). The only difference in the final cost from the estimate was due to us deciding to get more expensive materials (even though they could have easily charged us for a couple of unplanned asks). Kimo construction was very easy to work with. The bid was good and even though the job went through some changes due to misunderstanding on my end, it was finished under budget. We are already planning on another job for Kimo Construction.
