It is truly difficult to express our gratitude for Kimo Construction! How often does one hire a contractor and feel like they cannot imagine a better experience? Kimo and the team of specialists he put together were incredible and allowed us to rest easy that our remodel was done to exacting standards. We had some “ideas” about the project, but Kimo helped us design a third floor of our dreams at a fraction of the cost that we expected. It is a truly beautiful space and the craftsmanship is impeccable. He was an amazing project manager and craftsman. I have recommended Kimo construction to everyone who will listen, and I will continue to do so. We are now dreaming of future upgrades “If Kimo would do it.”

Kimo and Janine were just a dream to work with. We hired Kimo Construction after another contractor stole our money and disappeared. We were so nervous to try again. We cannot say enough great things about Kimo and his team. He worked up to 7 days per week, his subs were talented and fast, his attention to detail is amazing, and he is just an all around great person! He was on time and on budget during the entire project. His communication skills throughout the project were amazing and so appreciated! If you’re on this email, I have bcc’d you to pass along the website of a contractor that helped us with a recent kitchen remodel. Kimo and his wife Janine run Kimo Construction and they are FANTASTIC; excellent communicators, hard workers, very skilled and very reasonably priced. Kimo is super punctual, follows up or follows through on everything, has a cadre of subcontractors who all seemed great, is fastidious about keeping things as clean as possible and appears to love what he does. Janine manages the business side of the company and also is responsive, flexible and just a delight. I can’t say enough positive things about the two of them so whether you have a small project or something large, I hope you’ll consider having Kimo Construction bid on it. We are soooooooooo glad we had them do the work!

Kimo replaced our bathroom shower wall (tile), iron tub, shower valves, bathroom floor, and toilet. The shower wall was tricky because it has a window in it, which Kimo also replaced. He and his team did a great job for a reasonable price. I’d hire Kimo Construction LLC again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend Kimo Construction. They started the project when they said they would, showed-up every day until the project was complete, kept our house clean, and did an amazing job! I really appreciated the attention to detail and supporting us when we couldn’t make up our minds :). The only difference in the final cost from the estimate was due to us deciding to get more expensive materials (even though they could have easily charged us for a couple of unplanned asks). Kimo construction was very easy to work with. The bid was good and even though the job went through some changes due to misunderstanding on my end, it was finished under budget. We are already planning on another job for Kimo Construction.
